Late / Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time.
If you are more than 10 mins late, your appointment will be moved to
the next available time slot.
As a courtesy we will confirm your appt. 1- 2 days prior to your appt. date.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you fail to cancel within this time frame, you will be charged
50% of the service. This includes all promotional coupons or deals.
